As part of the Erasmus+ YOUnique4EU project, Mentortec and the consortium partners are preparing two handbooks directed to two different target audiences.
The first handbook is directed to Vocational Education and Training (VET) trainers and teachers and aims to prepare them to better guide and prepare their students during the application process to job opportunities.
The second handbook is directed to VET trainers working in companies, particularly Small and Medium Entreprises (SEMs), and aims to provide them the necessary knowledge on the modern recruitment strategies.
These handbooks aim to support VET professionals to deal with the challenges that the recent global trends, such as globalization and digitization, pose to the labour market and the recruitment process.
The handbooks are currently in the finalization phase and will soon be available on the YOUnique project website https://www.younique4.eu/ and will be translated to different languages: Portuguese, German and Italian.
