The final meeting of the YOUnique4EU project took place online last November 25 and signaled the end of the project. The project YOUnique4Europe – Mapping and presenting your unique personal and social competences for better employability in a digital world – was implemented during the last two years and aimed to provide guidance and support for young people in transition from the training context to the professional market, by valuing and recognizing their soft skills. Coordinated by IHK (Germany), the consortium integrated four other organizations, namely Mentortec (Portugal), Reattiva (Italy), SMEBOX (Sweden) and University of Rostock (Germany).
Within the two years of implementation, this project developed three intellectual outputs, namely (1) the YOUnique soft skills mapping, (2) the YOUnique application and (3) two YOUnique handbooks, directed, respectively, to trainers and SMEs professionals. The intellectual outputs developed under the scope of this project are available in four languages, including in Portuguese, in the project website https://www.younique4.eu/.
