The Multiplier Event of the 1st Mentoring Circles in Portugal took place at Mentortec on the 2nd of December.
The session began with an informal moment of networking allowing the participants to share some of their expectations about the event and to introduce themselves. A presentation of the MENTEE project was made, focused on its background, partners, main goals and activities, followed by an introduction to the Mentoring CirclesTM – in terms of objectives, structure, methodology and contacts; as well as the introduction to the MENTEE Social Collaboration and Learning Platform.
At the end of the event, participants had the opportunity to exchange their experience, providing feedback about the Mentoring CirclesTM and opportunities for further cooperation emerged between different participants.
The feedback was very flattering, and the participants considered that their participation in the multiplier event allowed them to explore some opportunities and alternatives to expand and improve their business, while at the same time it was a great opportunity to define the next steps and to design a plan of action at medium and large term.
