On 11th October, as part of the Vet Loves Food project, the Practical Manual for the Prevention and Management of Food Waste was presented at the “Flavours of the Past, Businesses of the Future: Entrepreneurship and Sustainability in Gastronomy” event.

With the aim of sensitising trainers and professionals in the hotel and restaurant sector, this event took place in Miranda do Corvo, at Turismo Rural Sete Quintas, with the presence of several speakers, who also presented a live show cooking sustainable and zero-waste recipes.
