The consortium structured this <em>framework<\/em> on the basis of the <a href=\"https:\/\/issuu.com\/mentortec\/docs\/growing-matrix_d2_2\">GrownINg Analysis Matrix<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/social\/home.jsp?langId=en#:~:text=EntreComp%20is%20a%20free%2C%20flexible,practice%20to%20develop%20entrepreneurial%20skills\">Entrepreneurial Competence Framework<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"493\" height=\"706\" src=\"https:\/\/mentortec.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Picture1-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1593\" style=\"width:253px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mentortec.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Picture1-2.jpg 493w, https:\/\/mentortec.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Picture1-2-209x300.jpg 209w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 493px) 100vw, 493px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>With this publication, the partnership aims to contribute to the integration of career management in companies, strengthen learning in the workplace and promote the entrepreneurial skills of employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This document therefore provides: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A perspective and tips on career management in SMEs; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A definition and description of the methodology for promoting adult learning in a work context; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some ideas on employee entrepreneurial skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Between July and September, professionals and experts from Portugal, Greece and Cyprus had the opportunity to explore and get to know the document, sharing their opinions and proposing improvements. <\/p>\n\n<p>Find the reference <a href=\"https:\/\/growing-project.eu\/portfolio\/framework-for-learning-at-the-workplace\/\">here<\/a> in English, Portuguese and Greek. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Framework for Work-Based Learning&#8221; is the latest publication from the GrowINg project!
