The event was attended by all the project&#8217;s partners to lay the foundations for an innovative initiative aimed at <strong>transforming culinary education and practices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PROchef is a project whose main objective is to revolutionise the training of chefs and their kitchen staff by providing them with the knowledge and skills needed to implement a protein change in institutional kitchens. The meeting marks the beginning of a collaborative effort that promises <strong>far-reaching positive impacts<\/strong> in the culinary world.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aimed at remodelling culinary education and practices, this is a project coordinated by Vives, a leading institution in Belgium. The collaborative venture also brings together a consortium of several partners: Syntra West (Belgium), ACCION LABORAL (Spain), Mosquito In The Room (Belgium), CARDET (Cyprus), Mentortec (Portugal) and Eurotraining (Greece).
