This step allowed the course content to be tested and refined, gathering valuable <em>feedback<\/em> to drive the programme&#8217;s continuous improvement. The pioneering event marks a fundamental turning point in the direction of a more sustainable and conscious agri-food sector, contributing to the training of professionals prepared for the challenges of the future.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Mentortec responsible for representing Portugal.<\/h2>\n\n<p>Playing a vital role in the project, Mentortec was responsible for selecting and sending two VET trainers from the hotel and restaurant sector in Portugal to actively integrate the training. <\/p>\n\n<p>The event in Conegliano represented a unique opportunity to consolidate the project&#8217;s success and catalyse positive changes in teaching and practice in the agri-food sector throughout Europe.
