The second partnership meeting of the project OrganKits – a new material for STEAM education based on plastination, of which Mentortec is a partner, took place on 26th and 27th of October 2023 in Turkey. Discussing the activities carried out to date and outlining the next steps and activities of the project, such as the implementation of OrganKits in the partner schools, were the main objectives of its realisation.
The transversal work packages, namely the approach to management, quality and dissemination tasks, were also discussed. The results of the first dissemination report as well as the next tasks to be carried out were presented by Mentortec – leader of the fifth work package dedicated to communication and dissemination.
The OrganKits project aims to boost innovative education and excellence in secondary schools through the development and validation of innovative educational materials (the OrganKits) to promote STEAM education. In this sense, innovative educational materials applied to STEAM subjects will be developed throughout the project to promote better learning in the classroom.
