On June 1st, Mentortec presented the Digital Theatre project to around 60 students and teachers from JOBRA acting classes at the event “Theatre in the Current Digital Age: Challenges and Opportunities“. The main aim of this event was to present the project and the results developed over its two-year duration, in order to promote and facilitate its use by the project’s target groups.

During this event, the five key elements resulting from the project’s activity were presented: the development guide for theatre professionals; the digital plays developed and performed by the theatre professionals who took part in the training course; the digital theatre e-learning programme; the guide developed for non-theatre professionals and the Digital Theatre project resource platform.

One of the theatre professionals involved in the digital play in Portugal and the joint European play was also present at the event to talk about his experience in the project and the importance of digital theatre nowadays.
